THE TEAM
MYRIAM ETTAHRI
Originally from Casablanca, chef Myriam Ettahri was not predestined for a culinary career. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree from Mcgill University, she began and obtained her Grand Diploma in Pastry & Cooking at the Cordon Bleu School. After an experience in North America and guided by her mentor, MOF Christian Faure, she landed a job with her idol Chef Pierre Gagnaire. There follows an experience at Fat Duck- Heston Blumenthal. She undertakes a series of internships and culinary experiences in Asia and Oceania.
